Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer
Location: Wellington, TA21
Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi‑skilled)
Hours: Full‑time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am‑2pm & 2pm‑10pm, Monday to Friday)

- Operate and set up high‑tech production machinery
- Maintain product quality to company standards
- Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled
Pay & Overtime
Starting Rate: £13.34/hourProgression to One Skill: £14.23/hourMulti‑Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour
Overtime (paid at time and a half)£20.01/hour (starting rate)£21.35/hour (one skill)£25.14/hour (multi‑skilled)
