Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Overtime available
Clean UK Driving Licence is required.

About the Role
As a Tractor Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining sports pitches, greenspaces, and highway verges across various locations, operating tractors and other machinery to ensure the highest standards of landscape maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and related machinery for grass cutting and turf maintenance.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a tractor operator.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable
- Any relevant tickets or certifications.
- Experience in natural turf maintenance.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices.
