Hydraulic Fitter (Workshop / 4 day week)

£18p/hr – £19p/hr + Progression + 4 day work week + Training + Unlimited Overtime + Company Benefits

We are a market‑leading manufacturer specialising in the production of fire and rescue equipment and appliances such as fire engines. We are looking to expand our friendly workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and repair of hydraulic systems for industrial vehicles.
• Work on specialist projects within the workshop.
• Work Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:15 pm.
• Collaborate with a tight‑knit team and liaise with other departments.
• Optional overtime available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (first 4 hours paid 1.5x, thereafter 2x).

Requirements

• Experience as a Hydraulic Fitter or in a similar role.
• Desire for a workshop‑based position.
• Seeking a 4 day work week.
• Able to commute to Cumnock.
