Job Summary

Carpenter Multi – Covering Enfield, East and North London. Property Services – Social Housing. Temp‑to‑perm position. Pay £19‑£20 per hour, 42.5 hours per week minimum. Company van and fuel card supplied.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance on occupied and void properties
• Plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling repairs
• Painting and decorating

Requirements

• Experience as a Carpenter Multi in social/domestic housing
• Primary trade of either carpentry or plumbing
• Experience in multiple trades
• Full UK driving licence
