Position: Maintenance ElectricianLocation: Cumbernauld, North LanarkshireType: PermanentSalary: £38,394Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm plus on-call rota (TBC)

Duties

• Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to
• Electrical systems
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• AHU/fan coil upkeep
• Fabric duties
• Checks and compliance duties
• Small works installation
• Emergency repairs
• All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements

• A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2) – 18th edition
• Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• AM2 or 2391 certification
• Excellent client facing skills
