Duties of the Mobile Vehicle SMART Repair Technician position include:

  • Delivering high‑quality cosmetic repairs at clients’ locations, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and minor paintwork
  • Ensuring first‑time fix solutions to maximise customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Visiting dealerships and retail customers within the Swindon region
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with clients and customers
  • Managing your schedule efficiently to complete daily repair assignments
  • Ensuring safety standards and manufacturer guidelines are consistently followed
  • Maintaining vehicle inventory and communicating effectively with the regional management team

Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle SMART Repair Technician role:

  • Previous experience in vehicle SMART repair, either mobile or workshop‑based
  • Alternatively, relevant transferable automotive accident repair experience in areas such as vehicle re‑spraying and prep work
  • Proactive, self‑motivated approach with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong customer service skills, representing the business professionally
  • Fully valid UK driving licence
  • Ideally, possession of a basic toolkit (most tools can be supplied by the employer)
