Quantity Surveyor Apprentice – Pre-Construction & Costs

United Living Group in Dartford is seeking an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will assist in project preparation and monitoring costs while enrolled in the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship offered by the University of Greenwich.

This role includes responsibilities such as preparing cost estimates and evaluating subcontractor payments. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 112 UCAS points, good IT skills, and strong communication abilities.
