Production Operator Door Manufacturing

KPI Recruiting LTD are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client in the Winsford area.

This role is temp to perm after 12 weeks.

Job description

This is a very hands‑on role in a workshop, working as part of a busy and hard‑working team to complete production of doors.

Attention to detail and accuracy is important, to ensure quality bespoke products. We are looking for candidates with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Skills Required

• Ability to follow technical drawings, listings and instructions.
• Select appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.
• Experience with power tool.
• Good communication.
• Self‑motivated & demonstration of positive attitude.
• Good work ethic.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Takes responsibility for own and others safety.
• Cut resources down to size, accurately and as needed.
• Apply sealant, varnish, and paint if required.
• Wear the requisite PPE and take necessary precautions to remain safe.

Monday till Friday

Monday till Thursday 6am – 2:45pm

Friday 6am – 12pm

Pay rate: £12.71/hour
