Salary: GBP16 – GBP17.5 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday Hours: 14:00 – 22:00 or 14:00 – 00:00 (depending on your preference)

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
  • Fabricating and TIG welding aluminium components to a high standard
  • Using iPad-based systems to access job information and update production progress
  • Carrying out tool changes efficiently and safely
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator Welder
  • Strong sheet metal fabrication knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A positive team player who can support both experienced and developing colleagues
  • Reliable, hardworking, and self‑motivated
  • Driven to learn, develop, and progress within the business
