Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
- Fabricating and TIG welding aluminium components to a high standard
- Using iPad-based systems to access job information and update production progress
- Carrying out tool changes efficiently and safely
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator Welder
- Strong sheet metal fabrication knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- A positive team player who can support both experienced and developing colleagues
- Reliable, hardworking, and self‑motivated
- Driven to learn, develop, and progress within the business
