An exciting opportunity within Housing & Communities for Skilled Trade Operatives (Bricklayer) based within the Responsive Repairs Unit.

The successful individuals will be competent mobile operatives, arranging and communicating daily with tenants, administration staff and technical managers via telephone, email and PDA applications.

What We Are Looking For From You

• Deliver an excellent responsive repairs service by ensuring repairs are attended and completed within timescales.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants within their specific trades.
• Be competent in the relevant trade, holding an NVQ2, City and Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong track record of working in a construction or maintenance workplace.

Benefits

Tool Allowance: £208.08 per annum.
