Job Overview

1st Step Solutions is looking for an Electrical Improver for a new-build residential project in Leeds, LS9. This role lasts 25 weeks.

This position focuses on Price Work. The hourly rate starts at £18 per hour while you familiarise yourself with the site, with a fallback rate if price targets are not met.

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (8.5 paid hours)

Duration: 25 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Duties

• Electrical boxing out within apartments.
• Read drawings and cut out neatly for back boxes.

Qualifications

• Minimum: ECS card.
• Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations.
• Electrical Installation certificate required for CIS payment.

Payment

• Payments via CIS or PAYE, no Limited company payments.

Application Requirements

• Two recent references confirming similar duties.
• Valid relevant JIB card.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
