Slinger / Signaller

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a commercial construction project in Haverfordwest. This role will involve slinging for a self‑erecting tower crane on a new‑build apartment development, supporting safe and efficient lifting operations across the site.

Key Duties

• Sling and signal underslung loads safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with site health and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with plant operators and site personnel.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Follow site procedures and lifting plans.

Requirements

• Good understanding of lifting operations and site safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.
