In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
- Strong problem solving to customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service.
- The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset.
- Current and valid Driver’s License and willing to travel to meet client requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
- Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records.
- Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
- Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
