Hills Ford Worcester is seeking a motivated individual to start as a Level 3 Service Technician Apprentice. This role combines paid employment with nationally recognised IMI training, providing hands-on experience maintaining Ford vehicles while developing strong customer service skills.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about mechanics and problem-solving. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, attending training sessions, and ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
All apprentices will earn at least the Apprenticeship Minimum Wage, with progression opportunities as skills develop.
