Machine Operator (61501509) – Kingswood, England
Salary: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour, 28 days holiday, pension, parking.
Position type: temporary ongoing with potential to become permanent.
Working hours: 7.45am – 4.30pm Monday–Thursday, 12.30pm finish Friday. 37.5 hours per week.
We are recruiting a Machine Operator / Press Operator for a manufacturing client based in Longwell Green, Bristol. The role involves setting up and running production machines, primarily in a print or packaging manufacturing environment, and reporting to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Set up fast-paced production machinery, including printing machines.
- Load materials onto machines and start operations.
- Operate a die press machine to print and cut materials.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods.
This role will suit candidates with experience operating an automated die press or similar machinery within a print or packaging environment.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a die press or similar production machinery.
- Familiarity with print or packaging manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
