Pay: £12.71 – £13.34 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

• 3 Days, 4 Off
• 4 Nights, 3 Off
• 3 Nights, 4 Off

We’re recruiting for Machine Operators (Winders) to join our client’s busy production team. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, operating winding machinery used in the production of cables.

The Role

• Operating winding machinery used in cable manufacturing
• Feeding materials into production machines
• Monitoring machines throughout the production process
• Carrying out repetitive manual tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Supporting the production team to meet output targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Reliable, self‑motivated and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive manual work
