Production Manager (Manufacturing)

£40,000 – £60,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Benefits
We are looking for a Production Manager or similar from Pharma/BRC/Compliance/Manufacturing background to join our company.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the production department and staff, ensuring a smooth manufacturing process, compliance of product/technical documentation with procedures, coaching the production team to meet quality standards, and supporting QA on any quality deviations.
The Role
- Oversight and management of the production department
- Ensure all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements
- Coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards
The Person
- Previous working experience in a PM role or a related position
- Background within the Pharma/BRC/Compliance/Manufacturing industry
- Experience within Quality Control
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Effective leadership and people/team management experience
- Confidence to work both as part of a team and autonomously
