Location: Welwyn Garden CityJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: £16.50 per hour

Due to our client’s continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their friendly and busy production team.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication of sheet metal components.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Fabricating and assembling products to required specifications.
• Safely operating workshop machinery and equipment, including:
  • Grinders
  • Pillar drills
  • Combi-drills
• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Experience operating grinders, pillar drills, and combi-drills safely.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on and flexible approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

• Current welding coding/certifications (preferred but not essential).
