Machine Operator – 4 on/4 off, Training Included

Essential Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Machine Operators in Smalley, England, to join a rapidly expanding organisation in the recycling and plastics industry. This role offers a rotational shift pattern of 4 on (2 days and 2 nights) then 4 off. Candidates will receive training, with a starting pay of £13.25 per hour, increasing to £14.65 after 12 weeks.
