LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced plumber to support our maintenance team in providing property refurbishment and a day‑to‑day repairs service.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance team activities related to property refurbishment and daily repairs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of £43,722
• 37.5 hour working week
• Pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions and 40 days holiday entitlement per annum
• Full clean driving licence required and Level 1 Disclosure check
• Re‑location package may be available to the successful applicant
