Maintenance Electrician

My client is currently recruiting for a split day maintenance electrician to join an established team based in the city. You will have your electrical qualifications with a proven background in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• All ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting.
• Small lighting installations.
• Emergency lighting.
• Power single and 3 phase.
• Fault finding to fuse and distribution boards.
• Riser inspections.
• Sockets, single and 3 phase.
• Checking the BMS for faults.
• Checks on plant and HVAC with mechanical engineer.
• Escorting sub-contractors.
• Updating the CAFM system.

Hours: 7-4 or 9-6 Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 call out.

Salary: 48K overall, 51K with call out, with overtime and company benefits.
