Role and Responsibilities

• Precision Manufacturing – Produce components to exact specifications using detailed step‑by‑step guides.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Take ownership of personal growth – identify training needs to enhance skills.
• Be flexible – take on other duties when needed to meet the needs of the business.
• Keep production on track – progress work in line with the production schedule to deliver on time every time.
• Ensure quality – complete all production documentation to the required standards and confirm finished parts meet exact specifications.
• Apply skilled measurement and inspection – confidently use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges to maintain accuracy.
• Support innovation – assist with the introduction of new products and a smooth NPI process.
• Practice safety and sustainability – maintain a safe working environment, follow ergonomics, safety equipment use, hygiene best practice, and promote environmentally friendly practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
