Salary: £30,000 – £40,000. Compressed 4‑day working week (Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri). Company benefits and training.

Location: Aylesbury. Commute from Luton, Oxford, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Bicester, Watford.

We are a leading consultancy specialising in the design, development, and fabrication of precision components for motorsport and other high‑tech industries worldwide. This role offers a chance to work independently on exciting projects for F1 and MotoGP teams, with ongoing training and development, and overtime pay to boost earnings.

THE ROLE

• CNC Turner
• Work from engineering drawings
• Operate CNC lathe using Fanuc and Fusion 360
• Work within a tight‑knit friendly team
• Compressed 4‑day week (Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri), 7 am‑5:30 pm on a shift pattern

THE PERSON

• Experienced CNC machinist
• Background using Fanuc and Fusion 360
• Experience with materials such as steel and aluminium
• Commutable to Aylesbury
