The Role

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
• Reviewing drawings and project specifications
• Gathering supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Supporting senior estimators with live tenders
• Maintaining tender documentation and records
• Learning full estimating lifecycle

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction (admin, trainee estimator, assistant level)
• Ideally exposure to decorating, interiors, or passive fire
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good IT skills (Excel, etc.)
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in estimating
