Job Role: Accounts & Office Assistant In Cookstown
We are an established and growing business seeking an Accounts & Office Assistant to join our Finance & Administration team. This role offers a mix of accounts, finance, and general office administration duties with flexible and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, reconciliations, VAT, and double‑entry bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day‑to‑day accounts administration.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with office administration and support the wider team as required.
- Work accurately to deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
About You
- Qualification in Accounts/Finance or at least two years’ experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role.
- Experience using Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM & Friday: 08:30 AM – 02:30 PM
