We’re recruiting a Collections Agent to join a close-knit team, helping customers get back on track with their payments in a fair, empathetic, and solutions-focused way.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with customers about overdue accounts
- Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment plans
- Supporting customers with empathy while navigating challenging conversations
- Following up on missed payments and unpaid direct debits
- Keeping accurate records and working towards achievable targets
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies where needed
What we’re looking for
- Experience in collections, debt recovery, or call centre (preferred)
- Resilience and confidence handling difficult conversations
- A fair and customer-first mindset
- Organised, detail-focused, and driven to succeed
