The Opportunity

You will work as part of an experienced finance and business support team, developing practical accounting and finance skills across a range of areas including:

  • Bookkeeping and financial data entry
  • Sales and purchase ledger processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control and debtor communication
  • Invoice and expense query resolution
  • VAT return preparation support
  • Month‑end finance procedures
  • Financial administration and reporting

This role provides excellent exposure to day‑to‑day finance operations within a professional office environment, with full training and support provided throughout.

Training & Development

You will work towards the Finance Assistant Apprenticeship alongside studying towards the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting, allowing you to gain both practical workplace experience and recognised professional qualifications.
