In this customer‑facing role, you will be the first point of contact when customers report an insurance claim. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and correspondence from policyholders, gather accurate information about their claim, and log it into internal systems while ensuring compliance with regulations such as FCA and GDPR.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the first point of contact from customers reporting travel‑related losses (e.g. cancellations, delays, lost luggage).
- Gather and document accurate information to initiate the claims process.
- Provide clear guidance on the next steps in the claims journey.
- Enter data into our internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues to senior team members.
What skills and experience you’ll bring
- Fluency in French and English (both verbally and written).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A calm and professional phone manner.
- The ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
- Computer literacy and a team player who is motivated to learn.
