Isle of Lewis Social Worker: Care Assessment & Planning

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is looking for a Social Worker for assessment and care management on the Isle of Lewis. The position is permanent, requiring 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will handle care assessments, negotiate care packages, and ensure care plans are effectively monitored and reviewed. Essential qualifications include a Diploma in Social Work and knowledge of Community Care legislation.

The salary for this role is £48,622 – £52,635, inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
