Wealth Management Lawyer – 2-6PQE – PERM

My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking for a Wealth Management Lawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include

• drafting, reviewing and negotiating bespoke investment management agreements, custody, lending and other relevant documentation;
• responding to ad hoc legal queries arising from the UK Wealth Management business;

The ideal candidate would have previous experience providing legal support to wealth management businesses from a top tier law firm or equivalent financial services organisation.
