The Role

This is a diverse and fast paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working across a variety of functions, you’ll provide administrative and operational assistance to help ensure processes run efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

You will be a central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues, managing enquiries in a professional and timely manner while building positive working relationships. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to become involved in different areas of the business, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, using their initiative, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
  • Manage customer documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples.
  • Support procurement activities, including raising orders and liaising with suppliers.
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help coordinate operational activities to ensure business processes run smoothly.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support a wide range of projects and business initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and ways of working.

Required

  • A proactive, organised, and self‑motivated individual.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive team player who is willing to get involved across different areas of the business.
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
