Salary: £31.97 hourly.

Type: Ongoing, Full‑time.

Work arrangement: 37‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, hybrid (office, home, client visits).

What you will do

• Manage a social work caseload, contributing significantly to weekly peer reviews by using an asset‑based, community‑led approach.
• Nurture and foster constructive relationships with individuals, their families, and the community, promoting well‑being and support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, support planning, and reviews for individuals receiving care, focusing on the principles of the Care Act.
• Collaborate with colleagues from your own service as well as other council services and external agencies to gather relevant information for assessment and support planning activities.
