Working Pattern: Flexible Hours/Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism. This is a full‑time, permanent position that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism through assessment, support planning, direct work, and general case management.

Responsibilities

Hold a caseload of individuals with learning disabilities and autism and conduct statutory duties on behalf of the service.

Carry out assessment, support planning, review and direct work with clients.

Provide general case management, including collaboration with other agencies and services.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working within the current Social Care System and Framework.

Registration with Social Work England (or eligibility for registration).

Ability to work within a hybrid working model and attend the Time Square office at least two days per week.
