Onboard Services Leader – Passenger Ops & Safety

Red Funnel, located in the beautiful Isle of Wight, is looking for a full-time On-Board Services Officer. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse team to provide first-class customer service while ensuring safety on board our raptor class ferries.

You will be responsible for the performance of the Passenger Operations team and will need to have exceptional management skills along with relevant safety certifications. Ideal candidates must have experience in customer-oriented environments, particularly food and beverage.
