What You Will Do

  • Engage with children creatively, placing their needs at the forefront of your efforts
  • Conduct thorough assessments and compile high‑quality reports, such as Section 7 reports, utilising your experience in public and private law
  • Work remotely with a strong sense of accountability and excellent planning skills
  • Maintain electronic case files with precise and consistent IT skills
  • Travel to diverse locations for appointments and hearings, using your own vehicle
  • Provide confident oral evidence in court independently
  • Collaborate and negotiate effectively with other agencies and the Judiciary
  • Communicate with clarity and gather essential information for effective analysis and recommendations
  • Deliver focused, clear, and grammatically precise report writing
  • Ensure safe and effective practices while working under pressure
