Pastoral Support Officer
Permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week for 39.2 weeks per year (term‑time only plus 6 INSET days). Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with an earlier finish at 3:30pm on one day per week, to be agreed with line manager.
Salary: Grade 5 £26,403 – £27,254 per annum pro rata (actual salary £22,927.87 – £23,666.86 per annum).

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Heads of Year and the wider teaching staff to support student attendance, behaviour and wellbeing.
- Provide support to students across the agreed section of the school community.
- Demonstrate flexibility, excellent communication and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality, safeguard students and support a positive school environment.
All staff are to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
