Contracts & Pricing Manager
As a Contracts & Pricing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we price, contract and deliver care across a diverse payor landscape – including UK and international insurers, self‑pay patients and embassy‑funded care.
How you’ll help us make health happen
- Develop and manage pricing strategies across key payor groups, including UK and international insurers, self‑pay patients, and embassy‑funded care
- Own and manage complex insurer relationships, acting as a key commercial contact for pricing, contract, and billing‑related discussions
- Drive and support negotiations, using strong financial insight and market awareness to achieve sustainable and competitive outcomes
- Develop and maintain sophisticated pricing models to inform decision‑making, forecasting, and long‑term strategy
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align pricing with broader business objectives
- Resolve payor pricing and billing queries, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong ongoing relationships
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation, balancing revenue, competitiveness, and patient value
- Ensure pricing activity complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
- Has experience in pricing, finance, or a commercial role within a healthcare setting (desirable)
- Has excellent negotiation skills with the confidence to support or lead commercial discussions with external partners
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Is confident working with data and financial models
- Has excellent communication skills and can explain complex information clearly
- Is comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels
- Shows a proactive approach and a willingness to challenge and improve processes
