This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate with circa 9 months+ experience to join a leading global financial solutions provider, as an Associate Client Service Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing Client Services team, supporting clients across payments, account management, and transaction processing. Core responsibilities include:Managing client accounts and responding to a wide range of client queries, supporting end-to-end transaction and payment processing, ensuring service levels are met, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, assisting with account management, payment solutions, and client onboarding support, identifying process improvements and contributing to business projects and initiatives, delivering exceptional, high-touch client service while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Looking for outstandingcommunication and client service skills, strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, proactive, adaptable with a team-oriented approach. Financial services experience preferred but not essential, the focus will be on personality/cultural fit.
