- Engage directly with children, young people, and their families, establishing trusted relationships and providing tailored support.
- Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality court statements and reports.
- Support the team manager by mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.

- Ensure interventions are managed at the lowest possible level while being high-quality and consistent.
