Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning and managing incoming post
- Prepare documents and send out completed packs with cover letters
- Assist with billing, invoices and completion monies
- Open new client files and maintain accurate records
- Handle client calls and liaise with external parties
- Support the team inbox and wider secretarial team as needed
- Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems

- Experience in an administrative role within a legal environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
