Job Description:

Teaching Personnel are recruiting full-time School Office / Administrative staff to support mainstream schools across Liverpool from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office.

The Role

As a School Administrator, you will:

  • Provide front-of-house support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records
  • Support with attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Use school systems such as SIMS or Arbor (where applicable)

Who We’re Looking For

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Have prior experience in an administrative role (essential)
  • Have experience working within a school or education setting (desirable)
  • Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Are confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
