We’re proud of our reputation for excellent customer service and are now looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Care team.
Shift Patterns
Flexible Part time shifts available. Part time. 20+ hours per week covering weekdays and/or weekends.
Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, examples including:
- 10am-3pm
- 11am-4pm
- 12pm-5pm
or if weekends suit you better we would love more support on:
- Saturday 8-5
- Sunday 8-5 or 10-4 (this will be admin only as phone lines closed)
Weekend support would be working from home as office is closed.

- Pay; £12.71p/h
- Location: office in Diss, Hybrid working available following initial training – based on maintaining performance (No fully Remote Options) WFH weekends.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment – this is the core part of the role.
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
- Accurately updating multiple IT systems
- Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
What we’re looking for
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-first mindset able to handle back to back nature of the role
- Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns
