Salary: £18,590 per annum

Job Type: Part‑time, Permanent

Working Hours: 09:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday, 30‑minute lunch).

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to work within a clean, professional office environment and become a key part of the day‑to‑day running of the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident handling inbound calls and is looking for a stable, long‑term position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and handling inbound calls in a professional and confident manner.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
  • General office administration duties.
  • Supporting the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient front‑of‑house function.
