Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Learning Disability & Transition Team
Location: Lewisham
Rate: £36 per hour
Responsibilities
Work as a senior social worker with a small but complex caseload while supervising a dedicated group of staff within a large, dynamic team led by the operational manager. Focus on risk management and safeguarding, including children’s safeguarding where relevant, and develop expertise in these critical areas to become a trusted advisor. Champion prevention and personalisation, using a strength‑based approach to manage all case work effectively and make a significant impact on the lives of clients and the team.

Qualifications and Experience
Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and at least two years post‑qualified experience as a Senior Social Worker.
