  • Salary: Pay Band J – £37,280 to £39,152 per annum Pay Band K – £39,862 to £41,771 per annum Pay Band L – £42,839 to £44,075 per annum
  • Location: Hybrid Working, Knowsley Council, Borough Wide
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Full Time
  • Hours: 36 hours per week.

We are now seeking Newly Qualified & Experienced Social Workers. If you are passionate about strengths-based practice, partnership working, and achieving positive change, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Work with adults with a wide range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, older adults, and carers.
  • Complete strengths-based assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
  • Undertake safeguarding enquiries, applying professional curiosity and sound judgement.
  • Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary agencies, carers and families.
  • Promote independence, wellbeing and choice, in line with the Care Act 2014.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment where learning and reflective practice are encouraged.
