Social Worker – Adult Learning Disabilities & Autism

Sefton Council is seeking motivated and experienced Social Workers to join their team focused on Learning Disabilities & Autism. The roles involve conducting assessments, care planning, and providing person-centred support. You will be supported by dedicated leaders and work collaboratively to improve service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of the Care Act and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities. The positions are available as full-time or part-time roles.
