Location: Daventry, Essex. Division: HR & Corporate Services.

Position Description

Provide HR administration support, including absence management and medical case coordination, as part of a rolling contract on-site at the production plant.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR administration and medical case management coordination.
  • Support the absence management process and general HR administrative tasks.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, organizational charts, and payroll issues.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR administration.
