Seasonal Hub Assistant
Pay rate £12.71 per hour

Join our team this summer and be the friendly face of our busy, family-focused resort.
We have full and part time positions available.
As a Seasonal Hub Assistant, you’ll deliver a warm welcome to every guest, helping create memorable holiday experiences for families and visitors of all ages. You’ll support check-in/out, handle guest enquiries, and work closely with all departments to keep operations running smoothly during our peak season.
What you’ll do
- Provide a warm, engaging, and family-friendly welcome
- Deliver efficient check-in and check-out during busy periods
- Respond to guest enquiries in person and over the phone
- Operate the shop till and show off your coffee skills (full training provided!)
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Help maintain a vibrant, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Flexibility to work across weekends and peak holiday periods
Experience in a guest facing role would be an advantage but not essential, full training and support will be available.
