What you will do

• Conduct assessments and make informed decisions to ensure the safety and welfare of children and families.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to gather and share information effectively.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding issues across the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
• Manage complex cases and support decision-making processes within the MASH Team.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.
