Senior Social Worker – Adults with Learning Disabilities

Remedy Social Work is seeking an Experienced Social Worker to join Rhondda Cynon Taf county borough council’s Adults Learning Disability service. This role involves undertaking assessments in line with the Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014, and developing care and support plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on promoting social inclusion among vulnerable individuals, working collaboratively with other agencies, and maintaining accurate case records to ensure compliance with departmental policies.
